Fancy Fireworks

To kick off the new year, we talked about some of our new year's traditions our families have. 2 popular traditions were: watching fireworks, and making a resolution or a promise, to make ourselves a better person.  We decided to try both!  We all wrote a New Year's Resolution, as well as, used salt, glue and watercolour paint to create beautiful firework pictures. We even learned some new fancy scientific words-absorb and repel.
