Welcome back & Happy New Year!

Welcome back!  It was great to see so many smiling faces back at school on Monday!  The students in room 16 were very excited to share all of the exciting adventures they had on their winter break. We kicked off the new year with "thank you" letters to someone special from whom we received a gift from this holiday season. The students not only had to say "thank you", but also think about how they could include more details in their letter, by using the "magic story words": who, what, where, when, why and how.
